Return and Refund Requests

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days of delivery at 25chcjbcx@gmail.com. Include your order number and a brief description of your request.

Please contact us before sending any item back. In most cases, a return shipment may not be necessary. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and the applicable return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email 25chcjbcx@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the information and explain the available resolution.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Shipping charges may not be refundable for standard refund requests, unless required by law or the issue resulted from an error on our part.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not be available. If you would like a different product, please contact us for guidance on the available options.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped.
